I think of the monthly price as four $25 pieces: the website itself, hosting, security + backups, and the small ongoing tasks that keep the site current alongside GA4 + Search Console tracking. It is not a complicated formula or a hidden fee. It is a plain way to understand where the $100 goes.
For the Starter, the offer is straightforward: three pages for $100 a month. There is no setup fee, and you do not pay anything until you approve your website. After approval, the first $100 is due at launch.
No big upfront bill and no long contract
A website should be something you can review before you pay for it. I build the demo first, then you can look at it and tell me what needs to change. Starter includes one round of revisions before launch.
You can cancel anytime. The goal is not to make pricing sound clever. It is to make it predictable: you know the monthly amount, when the first payment is due, and that you get to see the site first.
What Website Care keeps up with
Website Care covers hosting, security + backups, minor updates, and GA4 + Search Console tracking. It helps a live site reflect a new phone number, hours, service detail, or similar small change without turning the owner into the website person.
It is not an ongoing SEO campaign and it does not promise traffic, rankings, calls, bookings, or revenue. It is the practical work of keeping a straightforward website running.
When a bigger build is the better fit
Starter is for a business that can explain itself clearly in three pages. A bigger build makes more sense when you need more services, locations, resources, or detail.
The standard bigger build is 8 pages for $800. It is yours to keep after $400 is paid following demo approval and the final $400 is paid at launch. Each page beyond the included 8 is $100. Website Care is optional, and the included Admin Page stays active while Website Care is active.
